Agreement to Terms

Services
Constant Appliance Service provides appliance repair and maintenance services for residential customers in San Diego County, California. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Refrigerator and freezer repair

- Oven, range, and stove repair
- Microwave repair
- Appliance maintenance services
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website contact form. Appointment times are estimated and we will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled timeframe.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or for no-show appointments.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access.
Service Fees and Payment
Diagnostic Fee
We charge a diagnostic fee for service calls. This fee covers the technician visit and diagnosis of the issue. If you approve and proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.
Repair Estimates
Before performing repairs, we will provide you with an estimate of repair costs. You must approve the estimate before we proceed with repairs. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. You agree to pay all charges incurred for services rendered.
Additional Costs
If during repair we discover additional issues or required parts not included in the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional work.
Warranty
Our Warranty
We warrant our repair work and parts used for a period of 90 days from the date of service. If the same issue occurs within this period, we will re-service the appliance at no additional charge for labor or parts related to the original repair.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation or electrical issues
- Repairs performed by others after our service
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Cosmetic damage
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on parts remain in effect as provided by the part manufacturer. We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constant Appliance Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our services
- Any interruption or cessation of services
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
- Any errors or omissions in any content or information
- Food spoilage or property damage beyond the repair itself
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constant Appliance Service, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to maintain a safe working environment for our technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe. You are responsible for securing pets and removing hazards before the technician's arrival.
No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to repair all appliances successfully, we cannot guarantee that all appliances can be repaired. Some appliances may be beyond economical repair due to age, extent of damage, or parts availability.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Constant Appliance Service and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
